Terms and conditions
Here are our Terms of Use - because supporting artists means using their art appropriately. This includes our packs!
✨By downloading and using our Give a Fig Studio assets, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, commercial-use license to use them in accordance with the terms below. This means that:
- You’re granted usage rights, not ownership. All assets remain the intellectual property of us at Give a Fig Studio :)
- Your use of assets must result in a flattened design (JPG, PDF, etc.) where the original artwork can’t be extracted.
- You must add your own design value — not just share or resell our images as-is.
- You cannot bundle lightly edited scans/assets into packs or kits that compete with our offerings, are sold, or are otherwise distributed as your own.
✨As we sell only digital products, we do not offer refunds at this time.
✨Please use the download link provided on purchase to download your assets within one (1) year of purchase, as we cannot guarantee that the link will continue to be active. However, you can always contact us for additional help.
✨Can I do this?✨
Yes:
- Use in Web/Social Media/Video Content - Just don't offer it to download.
- Use in Personal or Commercial Projects - Has to be flattened and part of a fulsome design, not shown individually.
- Sell Physical Products - Has to be flattened and part of a fulsome design, not shown individually.
- Sell Flattened Digital Products - Has to be flattened and part of a fulsome design, not shown individually.
- Use on Print-on-Demand Platforms - Design must be is flattened and the end customer cannot edit our original artwork or grab it alone.
No:
- Resell, Share, or Distribute the Original Files - You may not share the raw assets - even for free - in their original or slightly altered state. Direct them to our page to purchase their own!
- Include in Editable Templates - No, because this would give users access to our assets individually. This includes editable Canva, Corjl, Photoshop, or other templates that allow customers to move, edit, or extract our assets.
- Create Competing Products - You may not bundle or repurpose our assets into packs (e.g. “100 Paper Backgrounds”) that compete with our assets. That's called stealing! There's plenty of room for your designs to enter the market, so make your own :)
